I had a short deadline and these guys went above and beyond (During Hurricane Matthew no less) to get my ring to me within just a few days! I love my wedding band and I am so happy they worked so hard to get it to me in time!

Couldn't have been nicer. My mom wears a chain with a religious medal every day. She was taken to the hospital where instead of removing it they tore it off her neck. I stopped in, an although I've never been a customer there before, they repaired it immediately with no charge. They were nice, efficient and wished my family well.

Do not use Crescent Jewelers for anything. Horrible customer service. My wedding set lost 6 diamonds in a matter of 7 months. They replaced the diamonds each time, while blaming me for not taking care of it. I asked to meet the manager and he did not show up at the time I asked him. I finally got a replacement and took it to an appraiser and he basically told me not to insure it because it is not worth it. Wow. I received no paperwork of authenticity or anything. Absolutely worthless.
