It is unfortunate when a service which is in demand takes advantage of that by offering poor service. The ladies who work in this office are the nicest, most accommodating women, who truly try and help you; however, obviously they run up against a brick wall with management when they try and effect good customer service. The left hand doesn't know the right one is doing, and as a result, the customer is left out in the cold. This company cares nothing about its customers, offers poor if no service, and I would not recommend them to anyone seeking a consistent, reliable, and customer oriented service company. The fact that they continue to stay in business with the type of service and lack of it that they provide, absolutely astounds me. I would give them two Negative stars if this review process allowed me to do that.
