Stick with the retail locations. Ordering mail order is a study in frustration! I ordered a month in advance to have a package delivered for my father's birthday. They had no problem charging my credit card, but apparently were too busy to actually ship his present. A week after his birthday, still no delivery. I started calling to see what the issue was. Despite leaving messages, I NEVER got a return call. The package was eventually delivered, but over a week late.
