I was charged $738.00 for A/C service and had to make five additional trips because it still is not working. I then, finally, requested a refund after giving manager Charles aka Albert 5 chances to fix my A/C and it's OBVIOUS that he has NO CLUE as to what he is doing OR he simply just RIPPED me off. Whatever the case, needless to say, my A/C is still NOT working and I am out of $738.00.
