I called about recycling and got voicemail. Someone called me back in less than 20 minutes and answered all my questions. The recycling does NOT go to the dump, as some of my friends assert. It goes to Pratt Industries off Gamble Road, but they recently (Sept 2015) stopped taking glass. Everything else is still good - cardboard, paper, plastic, styrofoam, all metals. It's picked up twice a month and I recommend it to everyone.

Several times I have forgotten to put out my barrels. Every time I call someone answers the phone right away and schedules a pick up right away. I recommend this service highly.

I have used this company for several years now, Since moving my garbage has NOT been picked up as scheduled ! When you call the office you're blessed if anyone answers the phone and when you leave a message you don't receive a call back. It wasn't always this way, the former office woman was professional and courteous. This new girl tells you she'll call you back and doesn't after you FINALLY reach her after numerous calls. If I thought this was the normal for this company I'd have switched companies by now. I had never had any problems prior with service, until I moved into a new route area. VERY FRUSTRATING
