Horrible customer service. When purchased two children’s road bikes they did not charge tax, thought was discount. NO, made us pay when picking up one of the bikes. Employee said he would be fired if we did not pay. Then took bikes in to get free once a year tune up, to our surprise NO free tune up once a year but a charge of $117. They will not honor what employee told us. Will never shop there again, will go to bike shop we purchased to adult bikes at and they give free tune ups. Customers come last at this store and their pocket comes first!
