Worst experience of my life! I had a 4:00 appointment, was finally taken back at 5:45. Sat in a room laid back with my mouth stretched open for 25 mins before anyone came in. They were staying after hours to do my root canal. I would NEVER had scheduled this for this time. I could hear them talking in the other room about how horrible their day was and how ready to go they were. Meanwhile, I'm still laid up with my ,ouch stretched open. Assistant comes in and begins. She was EXTREMELY ROUGH AND RUDE. She hit my front tooth several times with the tool she was using. This was a very decent sized tool. This was not a small appliance, it was very large and heavy. They numbed me up, drilled for a while, then I was left to sit for over an hour. This was my first root canal, so I had no clue where anyone was. When I asked what was going on, it was as if I was hassling them. When they came back, the dentist began cramming more tools in my tooth. I COULD FEEL EVERYTHING!! The numbing agent had worn off and they were once again rudely acting as if I were the problem. After all of that I did not plan on bad mouthing this office. But now, three weeks later, my tooth that cost $2000 dollars is so sore and uncomfortable each time I eat.

I do NOT recommend "Smile Designs Savannah" very unprofessional!!! I scheduled an appointment days before for "Clear Correct" not "teeth cleaning".... Clear Correct is a generic brand for Invisalign, When I arrived they thought I was scheduled for teeth cleaning? I had to wait almost an hour so we could get all our ducks in a row for my planned visit. It makes sense since the receptionists were on social media / reading magazines, i believe that this was not a part of their daily task. While waiting in the patient room for Dr. Cooper, cell phones kept ringing, loud conversations about personal lives were made, this was very distracting! After about an hour, Dr. Cooper made her appearance and while I was speaking with her about my dental procedure, her cell phone kept ringing and she didn't try turning it off nor did she apologize. Where is the professionalism? People that would like confidence in improving their smile by spending thousands of dollars & their valuable time, should not go to a place like this. I did not feel comfortable with her knowledge nor her professionalism. It's scary that someone can run a business like this.

She is the worst dentist in savannah she sucks at doing dental work and messed up my teeth I would not recommend anybody go to her she will mess your teeth up.

First I was ignored by the dentist not even acknowledging me when I was trying to introduce myself. Then asked a question about how the root canal procedure goes and the nurse put on a 2 min video, the wrong one, and left the room not returning for an hour. I decided to go to another dentist. Finally when I tried to obtain my X-rays they fought with me on it, acted very childish giving attitude because I was changing dentists, stopped answering my phone calls, and lied saying they spoke to my new dentist and said they don't do not do the procedure I needed. Thankfully my new dentist is great and is giving me a free X-ray. Save yourself a huge headache and do not see this dentist.
