Asked for the same markdown on rusted bicycles as the surrounding area Walmarts. The CSM said she would give me $13 off a $129 bicycle. All other Walmarts are more than 50% since the bicycles are all covered in rust. I give this Manager a -1 in personality and CS skills. She was very arrogant.

I wish 0 STARS was an option, you're Lucky you get that POS WalMart! Every time I go to this Walmart there is a problem.

Today after standing in line for 10 minutes with a fever to get some cold meds, diapers, and wipes & a few other non essentials I was told by the cashier's current customer that I needed to leave because he was closing. I looked at the cashier who refused to look at me, and said I'd been standing in a line a long time and made sure his light was on, that he only just turned it off. He ignored me, refused to speak or look up at me so I left my things and told him I'd be shopping at Target from now on.

I've been on hold to speak with a manager for 10 minutes, I'm sure he or she will never appear and I'll magically get disconnected just like every other time to try to complain to them about their usual poor customer service.
