I wish there was some way to give negative stars. This Marks and Morgan is the worst jewelry store I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. The original sales woman forced me to buy a $74.99 warranty on my husbands wedding band by saying it was not an option, then lied to me about being able to engrave my fingerprint on the band. When I went in to pick up the ring, it looked like it had been shaded down the middle, then a diagonal line through the shading, kinda like a car tire. When I told the "manager" that this is not what i paid for, not only was she rude, but couldn't push me out of the store fast enough. So in the end, I called customer service and cried to them, and still have no ring for my husband to get married in our church with. To top it off, the ring was only 10 karat gold ($299) but by the time they got done selling me their line of BS it would have been well over $500. Do not waist your time with this store. They ruined the ring part of my wedding. Don't let it happen to you.
