Provided by YP.comThese vets do not care about pets at all. We thought that our dog had been bitten by a snake and called on route to let them know we were coming. They refused to see him and said that all of the vets were leaving. This was at 4:00pm on a Friday and we were 10 minutes away. We ended up going to another vet who graciously took us in. I also had to correct one of their aids because they picked up our Doxie in a way that could injure his back. Their staff seem completely lacking in training of how to care for dogs. Then today, I called to ask that they send over my dogs prescription for her eye medication to another vet. They told me that they would charge a $10.00 fee to do that. No other vet has EVER charged $10 to call in a script to a different vet, or forward records - no one! Our human doctors don't charge $10 to forward records either! They also charge $10 per month if they call in a script for prescription food to Chewy's for auto delivery! I spoke with the owner / vet about it and his exact words were "I make $8.00 per minute and want to recoup my time for calling out script." Yes! $8.00 per MINUTE! And he is worried about money! They do not care for their patients, only their $8.00 per minute. Vet practices should first and foremost be about the care of the animals, and secondly to their human clients. I find this practice highly unethical and lacking in compassion.
