FOOD IS OK CUSTOMER SERVICE IS STANDARD BUT FOR SOME ODD REASON THEY HAVE TROUBLE GETTING ORDERS RIGHT

1 star is pushing it but I will give this place the bennifit of the doubt. The last 2 times I have ordered pizza at Papa Johns in Savannah it took 30 minutes the first time and here last Tuesday (Nov 1, 2011) it took 45 minutes. I was not pleased when I was told it would be 15 minutes. And I placed order in the restaurant and waited.. NOT DELIVERY! Then to get home and 1 pizza was a size of a medium when it should have bene a large and I ordered extra cheese and it wasnt, the other pizza was a large but didnt have hardly any cheese on it. Then my bread sticks a few of them was overly brown. Then the girl was like here is a 2 litter for waiting. WHAT??? HELLO!! To the owner of this store you need me to mystery shop for ya on your store. If you need a critic I will be glad to be the one. I could have went to Pizza Hut or even Shell Gas station and the pizza would have tasted a lot better then what Papa Johns did this past time.
