He is definitely a nasty individual. He does not repair any of the problems in his homes that he rents. He wrongly used my name and social security number when I never signed a lease with him, my mother was responsible for the home so I never should have been put on any legal documents at the time I was 18 and I didn't work. I was a dependent therefore I was not suppose to listed on any documents.

I give Four Star Realtor the up most Respect they no how to handle business very kind people I would recommend them to anyone whose looking for a NICE place to stay .

Do not rent from these people. I was a tenant at one of Ken's properties. He was extremely unhelpful and rude- very unresponsive to maintenance issues and told me that he only wanted to deal with my husband.

Great property managers! Four Star Realty and Management have managed my property for the last seven years. They have taken care of maintenance, preventative maintenance (which saves me money in the long run), repairs and tenant issues efficiently and thoroughly. I live out of town, so communications have only been through emails and/or phone calls and these are always handled promptly. They understand an investor’s perspective and needs…both long-term and immediate. They are truly professionals, delightful people, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the highest quality property management company in the area.
