First to Review

Terrible company. Called to get prices on increasing my business
insurance. Next thing I know they have been applied without my
consent and I already owe $300. Try to fight it but my agent says all
the info is at the home office. Then the home office say they don't have
the info because the agent has it all. Finally get a supervisor and as I'm
telling her the story- she giggles. I call her on it- and she says "but I
think it is funny". I don't find the humor in a company ripping off its
customers. Tried to talk to the vice president but all they would do is
tell me that the vice president will look into it. "and get back to me"
I asked. "no, " they said- "he will just look into it".

If you want an insurance company that doesn't make some phone calls to check out the things you ask them to, which then ends up costing you several hundreds of dollars yearly, this is the one for you.
