CAUTION!!!! Do your homework,...

CAUTION!!!! Do your homework, its not even on a Raystown Lake Map, because its so far up stream. The water is only aprox 5 feet deep and wakeless for almost 2 miles to get to the lake. I almost lost my boat when the dock that is maximized for proffit, and not safety broke loose in a short rain storm (the dock is vey long, but you can't pull up to the side of it, you have to nose in and tie your boat forward, catching 100% of the side current). The owner told me that I had to take my boat in the middle of the night in an unmarked river to another launch after the dock broke and my boat was tied to the one remaining dock (I did not). The power was off for several hours at a time, we were told they had a law suite pending with the power company. When I decided to cut my vacation short and leave and asked for a partial refund (after towing my boat 4 hours to get there), I was threatend with assault! as the owner yelled for back up screaming obscenities in front of my wife and 2 children. He even went to the extent to not return my expensive dock lines that were holding his dock from floating away. This is the farthest thing from a "resort" that you can imagine. I thought that because they had sewage at every campsite that it must be a nice place, dont be fooled! They claim to have a campground store but it only has candy and soda and minimal rv supplies. No milk, bread, butter, eggs, hot dogs, or any other items one would consider obvious for a camp store. One other thing to note, no other marina suffered any damage during this rain.
