I usually opt to travel elsewhere if I am looking to purchase a coffee due to their very slow service, long wait time for order on the go, cold drinks (that should be hot), difficulty following order specifications, and machines being down all the time making it unable to follow through with drinks other than regular coffee. However after today I will not be returning period...after placing an order on-the-go and waiting for over 8 minutes, I asked a representative if my drink would be ready soon. They searched my my ticket (which had not been started yet) and it then took another 8 minutes for them to make me my drink. Please note that there was only 1 other customer in the store for the 1st 8 minutes I was there, and I was the only customer waiting for a drink in the 2nd 8 minutes I was there. Additionally, once I finally received my drink, it was only luke warm. The representative told me the machine wasn't working properly...
