Ordered flowers for my Aunt's funeral. Sayre Floral charged my credit card but claim they never received order. Flowers never delivered. Called to discuss matter with them and was told they did not charge my credit card and that I would have to prove to them that they did. The owner then told me never to call again and she was going to refuse to do business with me. She then hung up on me. I called back the next day to have her remove the charges from my credit card and again she was extremely rude and refused to discuss matter. She basically said I was lying. I have had to file a complaint with credit card company to resolve matter since they lack any professionalism at all and refuse to fix the problem. Owner very unwilling to fix any problems that have and blames the client. Unprofessional, will never order from them again and telling everyone I know about their lack of caring if they do a good job or not. There are other florist in town with much better service.
