I placed 2 orders for delivery... after 50 min I called back to see why my food had not arrived, to find out that they never even send it out because who ever answer the phone thought it was for pick up... mind you I have my address and asked how much was the total to have the money ready. Then she tells me she's going to send my order out now, I told her I hope my food hadn't been sitting there all that time because I would send it right back if it arrived cold.

Let me go ahead and get to the nastiness... as soon as my poor husband starts eating his food he finds one long black hair... we were so disgusted, I said maybe it was a mistake.. it happens... he keeps looking through his food we counted 9 stands of hair before he dumped it in the garbage.

I did call back to tell the same lady that took my order what happen I also wanted to talk to a manager, but whatever they didn't seem to care, I guarantee this was done because I had complained about my order not being deliver.

Be careful to complain, you might get a full set of hair on your plate.
