They are wonderful! To say that my dogs are horrible bathe would be an understatement. I've been taking them to Carols for over a year now. They are extremely accomodating and do there best to make sure my dogs are as comfortable as possible. As soon as I bring my dogs in, they start grooming them, and call me as soon as they are finished so they dont have to stay too long. My dogs freak out in cages bring seperated, so they set up a barrier and let them stay together. The staff is always happy to see us. They never make us feel like its a burden to wash my dogs. I highly recommend them.
