I was recommended to Off Main by a friend. I immediately felt welcome. I was very happy with my hair and will definitely go back!!!

Very professional and comfortable place. Knowledgeable and helpful stylists. I've been going here for years and am never disappointed.

VERY disappointed in Off Main Salon!! They said that they do keratin straightening for $150 only to find out afterwards it is not a TRUE keratin it is a smoothing process with less chemicals in it. Straightening only lasted 6 wks. They were very misleading when discussing this process. Called them afterwards to say how unhappy I was and they did nothing to make me a satisfied customer. On top of this the salon was very unfriendly and did not accommodate clients while getting hair done. They do not stand behind their work and I would NEVER go there again nor would I recommend them to anyone. Their location is key because this salon in fact belongs on the train tracks!!!!
