He did more then 5 min . He tells you why ,what and what you should be doingETC. I could not be more PLEASED THANK GOD!!!!!! PS I have had back problems for years !!!DR?FRIDGEN got me on my feet !!!! Know do not have a lot of pain !!there are things I can not do!!!! Like pushing cars !!shoveling SNOW etc!,,,,
