I would NOT recommend him to anyone. You will waste valuable time and money and he will complicate things and do nothing helpful for your situation. Do not waste your time energy and money. My experience and others who have worked with him that I have spoken with is that he is ineffective and completely incompetent.

While Dr. Rosen may appear to be a real "nice" guy, don't be fooled. He will stab you in the back. I would not trust this individual. He appears to me that his primary I interest is just money.
