I contacted this company several months ago to get base prices for surveillance on my husband who I suspected was cheating on me. He gave me the price ranges, but also tried to convince me that my suspicions were probably unfounded. I thought this was both presumptuous and contradictory. Don't you make money from people being suspicious in the first place? AND, I think I know my husband a little better than you, maybe you should give your potential client's feelings a little more credit. A couple months later, using my own means, I discovered that I was correct, my husband was having an affair. Never underestimate women's intuition! I recently contacted this company again, simply to ask if they provided a particular service I was looking for and instead of a simple 'no, sorry', he was extremely abrupt and rude and actually hung up on me! He did call me right back and apologize and explain he was on his way to a doctor's appointment(then why take a business call in the first place if you don't have time to talk?)So my review is not about their services, since I did not have the opportunity to use them, but the man who runs this needs to brush up on his people skills, in my opinion.
