I am an employee of a local hotel- I have used the service for approximately 8 months-I have had a zipper broken and the latest is a shirt that was ripped from the elbow to the cuff and returned to me literally shredded.When I reached out to the Manager- Mr. Patel to follow up after reviewing my garment-The first thing he shared that there was no way that his cleaning service could have ripped my garment and that he was sending my shirt to Washington DC to be analyzed. BUT that he would pay fo the shirt- I told Mr,. Patel that this was unacceptable-Blaming your customer and suggesting that they are lying probably is not the best tact.. Pretty simple-one of his employees used too mch heat on my shirt-The dry cleaner is paying for my shirt- I will be finding a new dry cleaner for myslef AND my hotel.
