We have used CBS on four occasions over the last decade. The last of which taking place just this last summer and ending in late October. The gentleman we worked with was Thomas and he went out of his way to help us transition through purchasing two new locations. He was an asset to the change in ownership of those locations and helped us plan out our onboarding process. We usually open new locations from scratch so this was the first time we were going through this process. Him and his team from CBS saved us a ton of money and heartache streamlining the whole process and taking ownership over its management. Thanks again Thomas.

Our initial contact was with Michael but he only handled the original business valuation. After that we worked with Michael and some others to come up with an action plan we were handed off to Stephen and his team. Stephen offered clear, actionable advice that really worked with us to put these changes in place. His whole team was great to work with and meshed well with our existing staff. Previously we had attempted this once before with another company but had to cut it short as our staff was not able to work with them.
