Our initial contact was with Michael but he only handled the original business valuation. After that we worked with Michael and some others to come up with an action plan we were handed off to Stephen and his team. Stephen offered clear, actionable advice that really worked with us to put these changes in place. His whole team was great to work with and meshed well with our existing staff. Previously we had attempted this once before with another company but had to cut it short as our staff was not able to work with them. I just wanted to thank Rishad for everything he has helped us with over the last couple of months. He spent quite a bit of time learning the ins and outs of our business. This is something we noticed with prior consultants, their lack of a fundamental understanding of our industry. Thankfully with Rishad we never has that issue. Almost all of the time we spent with him and his team felt truly meaningful. He helped us come up with internal processes to keep our eye on the ball and focused on the bottom line. We worked mostly with Travis during our engagement. Other members of his team worked with our staff during the month long process.
