Down right --------------------

The DQ in Brownstown, In is the most rudest, unfriendly people you ever seen at a business. someone needs to go in there and clean house.!!!!!!! I will never visit again !!!!

the hot fudge brownie sunday.

I have been enjoying the treats from the DQ since 1950 and never had a complaint. Traveling through TX today I ordered a hot fudge bronie sunday. it cost me 4.32 That would have been fine if the sunday had been of the quality I had become accustome to from DQ. It was very small, hardly a scoop of icecream.. which did have its same delicious flavor. however their was abot a tablespoon of hot fudge,, which was hot in spite of the fact I was assured that it would be. It was bitter. the brownies were also bitter, too much baking soada I assume. the waffel cone they put it in had choocklate that was not something that even the most devote chocklate lover would enjoy. the cone itself was with out any flovor.... I was very disappointed!! I will never get this item again. Thanks for letting me share with you. You should know that I have never complained about a product before at DQ or anyplace else... Noela

Whats up with Dairy Queens gift cards?

I recently bought a gift card for a friend of mine at a store in San Antonio, Texas. In his travels he stoped at a store in Somerset, Texas to purchase something to eat. When he went to pay with the gift card he was told that they didn't except gift cards. If all dairy Queen store's do not except gift cards I think that at the time of purchase (of gift card) a person should be told of this practice. The next time I buy another card I'm going to ask about it.

very poor

Food was as always good. food sevice was not good and the uncaring way we were treated was not what I would have thought Dairy Queen would find acceptable. We have gone to this store for many years and I won't be going there again.

fries and chicken too salty

today 1-21-2011 went to DQ because my Daughter wants fries and chicken so we got there and ordered chicken and fries and popcorn shrimp. and we went home to share it with her father. as we start eating, its to salty the fries, chicken and popcorn shrimp. even my daughters says mom this is salty. so we end up throwing it away. thats a waste of money. so why dont they try it first before serving it to the customers!my daughter said dont want DQ anymore.

Sucks

About a month or so ago I went into my local Dairy Queen which is in Lamar Pa. I ordered a bacon cheeseburg, when I got home there was no bacon on it. So I called and told them, the person answering the phone said Oh. Thats it no oh I'm sorry or nothing but Oh! Well I decided from that point on I was no longer going in there again. Well my daughter was raving about there Chicken tender meal about how good it was and how cheap it was. So stupid me decided to go in again and try the chicken tender meal. Well just let me tell ya I will never do that again. First of all I got three very small tenders (probably not much bigger than a chicken nugget) and they were dried out the whole way thru. It was so hard that I couldn't even eat it. It was disgusting, I wouldn't even feed them to my dogs. So just to let you know that was my last trip to Dairy Queen for a meal.
