This has nothing to do with the people at this store specifically. I went to try on a bridesmaids dress and place an order at the end of july. I was told the dress wouldnt arrive untill OCTOBER. Are you kidding me? 4 months for a bridesmaids dress. So i say okay, i mean i really have no choice but now i have no time for alterations seeing as the wedding is in mid november! So i call on oct 25th to see if my dress has arrived and NOPE it hasnt. Its going to be a week late! Youve had 4 months and now its going to be another week?? And no email!? No call!? No nothing to let me know my order would be delayed. Now my poor seemstress is going to have to alter the dress in three days. Completely unprofessionable and unreliable. Will not be buying my gown or the rest of my bridesmaids gowns here. No offer to fix the issue in anyway or to help me out with the situation at all. Just a "well it will be here next week".

This place was one of the best wedding dresses shopping. All employees were very helpful and nice. Melisa especially was a great help and encouraging

I had an appointment for trying on wedding dresses.. I had to wait a while as they were busy and also very short handed. When I was seen I had a list I put together from online and they had none in stock to try on so she pulled "Similar dresses" to my list. Was not close to what I wanted, I had to go look for more of what I wanted. In the meantime, I waited awhile for my consultant to keep jumping from room to room. 2 of her other clients left that night due to lack of attention. I almost did, but ended up liking the last dress I tried on. When I went to go pick up my dress, I wasn't asked for a receipt of identification, just asked my name. Would not go back.

So unhappy with this place. They are to busy that they can not help you too much and you are on your own. Staff would not help answer question. and call you two weeks later to ask you if you are going to place an order for the dresses. And when I tell them what happens they say nothing. Go across the street to the house of brides much better service over there.
