I am extremely disappointed with this cleaners, this is the only review I have ever written and definitely need to speak up about it. I took in a nice brand new blouse only worn once to get altered on the sides, when I picked up the blouse and went home there was a huge tear in the back, I returned and confronted the owner who was very defensive and rude and said I must of torn it and brought it back that way... why in the world would I do that??? He was very unprofessional, he refused to fix the blouse or refund the money, he was also raising his voice at me. I do NOT recommend this place, I am also filing a complaint against this business... if they would have tried to work with me and fix the damage they caused I would have let this go, but because of how rude he was I've decided to take another route... DO NOT GO THERE, LOUSY SERVICE!! This rating deserves no stars at all.
