Provided by YP.comI went for my 3rd highlight. I didn't request the same colorist as she did an (okay-good job) last time; I thought maybe I'd have a great job this time. WRONG. I have dark brunette hair (level 4) & wanted to maintain a highlight to about a 7R. I knew in the consultation she just wasn't getting it when all she asked me about was "so you want to go brighter" What the heck does that mean? Well, I found out the wrong way. She turned me into a blonde, which didn't look nice with my complexion. The foil must have leaked because I have blotchy spots.
She put on 2 separate toner applications. It helped, but definitely NOT what I wanted for $175 later. I went to a family graduation party, and alot of people didn't even recognize me saying - You're blonde now". My response was - not by choice. I was suppose to go back, but with my busy schedule in the past 4 weeks, I haven't been able to.
Sorry to say - this wasn't a good experience.

Provided by YP.comI'm not in love with how much I spend here but it is worth it because the girl who colors my hair does a fabulous job. My hair is very fine and I have sensative skin and I have never had any problems with the colors bothering my skin. And, the girl who cuts my hair does a great job. I'm very picky so this says a lot when I say I'm happy with my colorist and hair stylist!

Provided by YP.comI went to Mario Tricoci for the first time in my life, looking forward to a great new style. I made the appointment on-line (very convenient) and chose first available stylist since I did not have a preference. I was greeted nicely and was told the stylist would be right with me. I waited 20 minutes, no one came so I went back up to the desk to inquire why. Well, the stylist I was suppose to get was cutting and styling someone elses hair. No other stylist was available. I was asked to wait, being told "she works fast". I told them this was not a very good first impression. Feeling very disappointed and a bit angry I decided it might be best if I leave. I will never go back to this location. Thumbs down all the way. Horrible experience.
