I spilt coffee on my laptop, went blank ,went to a big name computer dealer, they wanted $150.00 to open and examine damage, and $150.00 an hr to fix + parts..was told it would be cheaper to buy a new laptop... I bought one, $320.00 on sale,....Friend told me about P & P Computers and Games @ 955 W. Wise Rd. Schaumburg Il.60193 Call 224-353.6438...Went there to see if they could do anything for old one...They inspected, cleaned ,adjusted, installed a new key board, re- installed Windows 7, and Office2007, ALL for UNDER $200.00,.....They did a EXCELLENT JOB , They are knowlegable in all aspects of electronics, and are very nice people. I would highly reconmend P & P to anyone..Im using my re built laptop to write this......Thank You P & P........John R. Dahl

Fixed my ylod for my ps3 and it broke again a little over a month later. Very disappointing.

rrod fix olny last 60 days if that... I called back the computer place and I was told we cant do anything it's past 30 days... they offered to fix it again and charge me again....Watch out.... airfix is only temporarily.. not worth the 50 bucks that I spent..

fixed my PS3 in only a couple of days. also charged me 60$ then Sony wanted to charge me. Only problem was stopped working again. but took it back and they fixed it for me and haven't had a problem since

Pavel and staff could not have been better. They fixed our XBox 360 red ring of death and replaced a disk drive on another console for us in short time and with incredible care. I cannot tell you how refreshing it was to find old fashioned customer service and expertice. Kudos to Pavel and staff and I wish you much success. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

i spoke to pavel on the phone looking for a computer with a webcam n told him my price range. he offered me a better computer which is required by my job and said hed give me the webcam for free and also gave me a fantastic price. very nice, friendly and respctable!

They fixed the problem with my PS3 not reading discs in less than an hour and the staff was very friendly. I also called the next day with a video setting configuration problem and they helped me correct it over the phone. I greatly appreciate their help and highly recommend them.

My 80GB backwards compatible PS3 started having issues, and through research I suspected the laser. Pavel evaluated and repaired while I waited, all of maybe an hour. My PS3 worked great again! The laser did have an issue, not due to any fault of Pavel's though. He honored the 30 day warranty and repaired with a new laser when he received a new batch. PS3 has been working fine ever since! I can't recommend P&P/Pavel enough. Go there, you won't be disappointed.

P & P solved my screen problem on my HP Laptop. Initially they thought it was an inverter but that didn't take care of the issue to their satisfaction, so they continued to pursue it until a satisfactory repair was made.

I had an Xbox 360 two light problem that was fixed and works perfectly. I also brought in a DELL PC that need more ram and some other issues. This was fixed and is working perfectly all within 24 hrs.

this was my second time getting my ps3 fixed by him and he does a very good job. i haven't had any problems with it since he fixed the first problem (bluray drive). great service.

"Yellow-lighted" PS3 serviced and ready for return same day. Excellent price as well. Highest quoted repair cost at P&P was still $30 less than Sony's asking price. Turned out to be even less. Definitely going back here for any future console repairs!!!

DVDs, Games, anything ... out of the blue one day. I searched around for PS3 repair in Chicago and landed on this shop. After reading the reviews I thought I'd pack my baby up and bring it to them.Pavel had it fixed the same day ... dropped it off at lunch and picked it up after work ... He replaced the lens and it's WORKING GREAT.Don't go to Best Buy or Sony ... Go To P&P. You're console will be fixed up in a day. I was very pleased with the high level of skill and customer service that was exhibited. The man I spoke with was clearly knowledgeable and very courteous.My 360 decided that it was going to show me the three red lights of death. P&P was the first place I called, and it ended up being the company I decided on.They are great; fast, cheap (it cost $50 to repair and its been working great), and conveniently located in Schaumburg.

I wasn't sure if my xbox360 who had the 3 red lights were salvageable. Good thing this guy had this kind of business. There are very few other places who does this kind of work, and most of them are not fishy. This is guy is to be trusted. He is honest with his work and gives you a call (even left a voice mail) telling you that the work is done. He knows what he's talking about and gives proper consult. I would definitely refer his business to my friends.

I had the ylod light problem with the ps3 P&P is the best i called around and everyone wanted to take 3to 5 days And Sony wanted 3 to 5 weeks. He did it in one and the prices are awsome P&P is the best company out there they now have a customer for life in me I would definetly recomend them to everyone I know.
