They don't care about customers

As a member of the swirl network of credit unions I had been going to this location for two years since moving to the area. Not anymore after getting the shaft from the branch manager and assistant manager. They were rude and unfriendly and I will never go back. I use my maiden name professionally for privacy reasons. My home credit union allows this and so do many other credit unions I have gone to nationwide because I still have my drivers license AND debit card with my maiden name on it. But they lied to me and said they couldn't do it (really, then why have I been doing this 20+ times per year for the last two years). I called my credit union while I was there and they said it was ok with them but that Premiere could choose to accept it or not. Of course, Premiere chose to take the low road and not deposit my check. I mean, my husband has deposited it before without me being present. I told them they could even put a 10 day hold on my paychecks because they are legitimate.



With all the choices out there why waste your time with a credit union that doesn't really "service" it's customers. Just keep driving.
