Provided by YP.comI purchased a vehicle from Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Lincoln Dec 2014, I had a headlight go out in early May and had to take to service department for what I thought would be a quick fix (fuse/bulb) turns out it was a little more complex than that, it took them several days to determine the problem and during such time I received no communication other than when I initiated, than I was told that they are having a hard time determining what the issue may be, was told that they had dismantled the bumper from the car and were searching for in their terms “a needle in a haystack”. Finally more than a week later it was determined that the ballast needed to be replaced. Upon receiving my car back we noticed that there were chips in the bumper where it appears they used some sort of tool to pry the bumper from the car, as well as a blemish of some sort in the fender where the tool may have slipped and hit the fender. Now I understand that mishaps will occur, my problem is the lack of responsibility that the service manager wanted to take, insisting that the car was brought to him in this condition! (so basically he was saying that I was being dishonest and trying to take advantage of the dealer for repairs) This began a month long battle between myself and the service department, and during this month not ONCE did they bother to pick up the phone to let us know what was going on. When we purchased this car we thought we were buying into a company that stood by their name, and I believe Lincoln does as it was the Lincoln customer service who intervened and paid for all of the damages, as far as Bob Rohrman dealer, well I’ve never experienced such horrific service from a dealer in all of my years, If you plan to use this dealer to service your vehicle I highly recommend that you video your car before leaving in their care! As for me I will be using another Lincoln dealer.

Provided by YP.comIt was very nice. I felt like everyone involved really wanted to help me, and get me into a car that was going to be reliable, and safe. I was in a tough situation but that didnt stop anyone from helping me out. I really appreciate the time and effort that was put into the whole process. At any point either one of us could have walked away and said that it was hopeless, but that didn't happen. I am very grateful to have worked with such a caring group of people. Thanks for a great experience.

Provided by YP.comI was interested in the 2009 Acura TL on the lot however their banks cld not cut me a deal on my trade which sucks but maybe a blessing in disguise why pay 22k for a car that has been hit plenty of cars out there in that price range with out being smashed my car being one of them stock # L204A white TL 09 tech package looks like I'll be going to Mcgrath Honda in Elgin where I won't get jipped on my trade & where business can be done however Jake & DJ were cool to work with - END RANT- Coming at ya Jordan

Provided by YPmobilewas trying to buy a car there but my credit wasn't the greatest,but I had a cosigner just in case ,so I filled out application and didn't even get a call,back or a email from Kathy...I must say horrible customer service ,yeah thanks for the. all,back or email....I wouldn't buy nothing from any of his dealerships...I was promised he could help anyone ,but I guess since my credit wasn't the greatest I wasn't worth their time. it I had a cosign just in case but I guess Kathy didn't think about that......just horrible ,made me feel very low....

The deal surpassed my expectations related to price, but above that, I experienced unparalleld service from first contact through completion of the transaction -- and beyond. Barry Ross made the experience as smooth and hassle-free as it could have been. To making the selection convenient and comfortable to the final delivery of the vehicle -- along with a patient tutorial of all the vehicle's features -- the experience left me shaking my head and asking "Why can't all my business be this quick, hassle-free and enjoyable?" I left the dealership, not only happy with my new vehicle and the deal, but feeling secure that if I had questions, concerns or problems, Barry and Schaumburg Lincoln were there to provide support.

Provided by YP.comWe were very happy with our new vehicle shopping experience at Schaumburg Lincoln. Everyone there was friendly and seemed happy to have us as customers. The salesman Barry Ross, was immediately responsive to our search preferences and price range and was quick to assist us in our search. We were impressed with his professionalism and his obvious regard for our preferences in a new vehicle search. The sales rep was never pushey or deceptive while assisting us and not once did he try to steer us into a different vehicle while we were shopping. In fact when we finally decided on exactly what we wanted, the dealership did not have the vehicle in their inventory but said that they would try to find one to trade with another dealership. They were able to locate the car we wanted the next day.

I bought new Lincoln MKX from Dave and I am very satisfied not just with the price I paid but with the way I was treated there. Best purchase experience I have ever have! My previous experience was with Lexus, and I have high expectations from dealers when I make my purchase. After reading some of these reviews here I must say that I don't care how hard they try sometimes they can't satisfy everyone, but they did satisfy me with my purchase. Thanks Dave and Paul.
