Provided by YP.comI recently got a call from Timothy of The Law offices of Guthrie and Brady stating that he was going to represent my tenant in an eviction case. He told me that unless we came to some sort of agreement where she could stay, he would keep her in my unit rent-free for several months. He said that she would have to pay him less than she would have to pay for rent so it would make sense. When it came time for court, he demanded a Jury trial and was denied because it was too late to request one. He then demanded longer than the week granted for trial and again was denied. He lost the trial and his client was evicted. Her stay is over with and when I asked the lawyer to get me keys, he said that if I offer his client $2000, she will give me the keys. This lawyer is telling me to bribe his client in order for my tenant to return the keys to my apartment that was ordered by a Judge. If you want a losing lawyer with no integrity to represent you, I would use The Law Offices of Guthrie & Brady.

Mary Brady really helped me as a landlord in evicting a tenant who would not pay. She was professional and helpful. She charged me a flat fee, even though this went all the way to trial.

My real estate closing was great!! Mary Brady explained all of the documents clearly and made sure I understood all of the costs. She made sure the seller paid all of the bills he was responsible for. I only paid $395 for Attorneys fees total.

The property that I am currently renting has had an Notice of Default filed on Jan 15, 2009. The Trustee Sale date is Apr 10, 2009. Am i obligated to continue to pay the rent?
