If there was worse than a 1 star, I would definitely rate this place as so. It seems like people who work there are not trained in customer service. More specifically, the woman who works there is extremely rude. She does not respect the customers. Why would I pay for bags when I buy dozens of chicken. It just doesn't make sense. When a customer buys a ton of products from your store, you are already making profit. So why is this place, especially that woman, is charging me for bags. THIS IS UTTERLY STUPID. PLEASE BE WARNED BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS PLACE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS. I would personally go to a different place even if it is far away. She needs to learn how to respect her customers. Thank You!

The customer service is sooooo bad. There is this ugly fat girl who does not know how to serve the customer. I bought 10 chicken and one of the bag was ripped and I asked for another bag. The big fat igly girl was giving me attitude upon giving me the bag. I was like "I bought all this chicken and it not like I am asking for more, it is only right for me to ask for a bag if ripped" the big fat ugly girl was like "why don't u bring your own bag"...and then she was like "GET THE FU*K OUT OF MY BUSINESS". This is not how to treat a customer especially when the customer this time is actually right. I ask people please try to avoid this place. Please go to the store one next to it 'Broadway live poultry' . I am going to tell all my friends and the Masjid As-salam community NOT TO GO TO THIS PLACE.
