If I could give this company zero stars I would. Dispatcher Jimmy is rude, condescending, unhelpful, and wholly unprofessional. The drivers are all nice but Jimmy often makes scheduling mistakes and blames the client. I feel badly for the drivers, they don’t like working with Jimmy either. Action just lost a very lucrative client.
