Friendly, helpful staff. Their Silver sneakers group was a fun and energetic workout. The workout machines were plentiful. Joe was always there ready to help with training or questions. Everything was clean and orderly. The hours are fantastic--I believe he had a way of allowing those that needed it to be able to excercise 24/7.
