I am a business traveler so I am in alot of cabs and I can tell you , this company is THE WORST!! The cab arrived so late that I had already made other arrangements, and I was 15 minutes late for my meeting - I was so embarrassed and utterly furious at this useless cab company.

I called the night before to pre-book an early ride to the airport. The pick-up was 15 minutes late when I decided to call to confirm. I agree the man was rude. I was picked up 30 minutes late. The driver was good but I would not consider these guys as a reliable pre-booking service.

I just called and the man was extremely rude to me on the phone he answered by screaming into the phone " HOLD ON HOLD ON" I was asking about a cab ride and he then said " AH WE DON"T GO THAT WAY I'M IN ALBANY LADY" Just being completely rude and obviously didn't want any business from me. I was in an emergency situation and informed him of this and he still did not care. DON"T EVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY DON"T DESERVE THE BUSINESS!!!
