Came quickly, was not too pricey, clean cab, polite driver

When I called back after 30 mins to see where the taxi was the dispatcher argued with me that I had not in fact call 30 mins prior and hung up on me. When I tried to call back i couldn't get an answer. I was shocked by the way I was treated and my 15 yr old daughter was left out in the cold waiting on this taxi for 45 mins
