Rotterdam Industrial Park provides industrial, warehousing and office spaces for small and large companies. The park is a designated Foreign Trade Zone. It is also a part of the New York State Empire Zone program, which offers tenants a variety of benefits, including reduced property taxes, low-cost utility rates, and job tax and rehabilitation credits. The park, located in Schenectady, N.Y., is spread on a more than 200-acre land area. It offers a wide range of utilities, such as on-site parking lots and electric, natural gas, municipal water and sewer connections. Rotterdam Industrial Park has more than 15 warehouses and nearly 100,000 square feet of office space.
