Been doing business here since 1997, never had a bad experience, staff are friendly and go above and beyond to help you any way they can.

Stole $500 from me. Apparently it was my fault they made me wait 3 months for a slingshot. Missed all summer. In October asked for my deposit back because slingshot still had not arrived. Was told no. Bob Griffin told me if i wanted my $, "get a lawyer".

A long time friend of mine gave this business a $500 deposit for a Slingshot several months ago. They kept delaying him all summer and now at the end of the riding season, he got tired of waiting and went elsewhere. When he tried to get his deposit back, they had the audacity to deny him. I don't know what manner of business is willing to risk its entire reputation over $500, but I for one will take my business elsewhere.

DO NOT do business here! They are THIEVES!! I wanted to purchase a slingshot, put a deposit and waited 2 months. They could not get what i wanted so i finally told them to forget it. They refuse to give my $500 back!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

STAY AWAY! Horrible service desk guys. They have no regard for your time or for scheduled appointments for that matter. In the Cap District of NY try Seymour's. Seriously.
