They are the most AMAZING, LOVING and FRIENDLIEST people. I drive 30 minutes to take my pups here for Grooming. They care fur my pups like they are they're own. So grateful for their expertise and kind hearts.

I will NEVER take my pups any where else.

These are the RUDEST people I've ever known to work in the service industry. Too expensive for the attitudes towards guests and unlovable behavior towards my dogs all three times i have been here, all with different groomers each time. I asked for a lion cut on my Pomeranian and it looked absolutely ridiculous and even the other customers in line said something about it. When I politely asked for someone to fix it, they laughed at me, trying to judge my character by telling me who and what I was by how I"behave". The facility is nice but who cares when the groomers and store manager are unknowledgeable, unprofessional, and just care about getting the dog out the door.....not on a job well done. DO NOT bring your dog here if you value taking care of your dog.
