we chose Over the Top because of Adam's honesty and knowledge of his business. After looking at the chimney he gave us options for what we thought was a very good price. Now that the chimney is repaired and crown installed it looks amazing! Adam was very professional and did a great job with both the repair work and clean up after it was done. Thank you Adam!

Wonderful experience! I had called to have my chimney swept. To my surprise the entire top of my chimney was destroyed and there was a giant hole where water and other things could get in. Adam totally fixed the chimney. Added a beautiful new crown, flues, and did some major repairs to the masonry. In the end, everything was perfect. Adam and T.J. are both very professional, efficient, and honest. I will definitely be doing business with them again and I highly recommend them for all your chimney needs!

Family of chimney dwelling raccoons humanely evicted, chimneys cleaned & major repairs done to the brick masonry. In each segment of the project, they exceeded my expectations. I certainly expected the much needed chimney repair to be done well -- I was pleasantly surprised to see the finished product is a 'thing of beauty'! Adam Hanlon is efficient, industrious and a wonderful Human being!! He replied immediately after I had called to say that I had had a fire in my woodstove chimney pipe. Not only did he perform a very complete service, he also made my stove and lining area look brand new. Adam told me that he would educate me as to the safety and most efficient way to run my stove.



I WILL call him in February to follow up and he will be at my home every single year.

We were notified recently that we had sustained some serious water damage to the chimney and that the mortar was basically falling out from between the bricks. Over the Top was one of a few companies' we approached to get an idea of how we should fix the problem. From the start of the project the owner (Adam) was just great to work with; he took our time constraints into consideration when working with us and just made the whole process so easy. He was willing to walk us through the process and made everything very easy to understand. We decided to work with Adam because his price was right and he was the only one to offer us an approach that we agreed with. We were also really impressed with the fact that he would be following up with us to be sure that everything had set the way it was suppose to. He was very through in his job and takes a so much pride in his work that you can't help but get caught up in his enthusiasm. He finished the job on time and cleaned up after his work. The end results are really impressive. We can't say enough good things about working with them, we would gladly recommend him for any chimney you might have.

As I sit here in front of our perfectly installed fireplace wood insert, I felt compelled to praise Over the Top Chimney Services! Adam named his company perfectly! The team is REALLY over-the-top in service and professionalism. What started out as a chimney sweep (done wonderfully and thoroughly)has become an on-going professional relationship! We asked questions about a fireplace insert and Adam made suggestions and distributor recommendations. The end result is the perfect installation of our new fireplace insert! Adam and company are quite the perfectionists! This is great, given the nature of their business. Several times during the installation, Adam was not satisfied with the progress. He meticulously made adjustments and now it is perfect! He also did the research on hard wood distributors. The condition of our chimney (before the cleaning) was very poor (due to the quality of the wood). What we thought was dry wood, was not and the result was creosote buildup. Over the Top worked very hard to eliminate the creosote buildup. He even purchased specific tools to insure that the condition of the fireplace was in top shape before they began the installation of the fireplace insert (with no charge to us!).

Adam had checked in with us several since the insert was installed. It is very apparent that Over the Top Chimney Services aims to please and KEEP its customers.

We would recommend OVER THE TOP to anyone who needs chimney services. As a matter of fact, we have recommended their team to everyone we know who has a fireplace!

over these past few colder mountain nights, i got a chance to fire up the new wood stove that these guys installed for me over the summer. i can't believe the difference. after a few pieces of wood and roughly 30 min, the house goes from 59 degrees up to 70-75 degrees! saves a bunch $$ on the oil bill. :-) thanks guys! great job!

these guys know their stuff. i needed a new crown and cap on my chimney, as well as a few bricks replaced. they came in and got the job done right the first time for an extremely reasonable price. very professional and worked around my schedule nice. i would recommend them.
