Real Capital Group has been managing our property for over a year now. They are great at communicating and promptly returning our calls/ email. There are no surprises or erroneous charges from RRC. We are thankful for the service provided and would highly recommend Real Capital Group.

We have been very pleased with how Real Capital Group has managed our house for us. We had previously used a local competitor and Real Capital Group has been significantly better at maintaining our house. Their maintenance department takes care of any needed repairs in a timely manner and the work looks great.

Real Capital Group got me out of a bind with one of my properties that needed cosmetics and other repairs. They got it up and running and the vacancies rented. Now I can look forward to a positive cash flow, which I, as a widow, am grateful for.

I am glad that Real Capital Group is managing my property. They keep it rented, take care of all tenant issues, and send me a statement every month with the break down of everything that I need.

Real Capital Group is the best landlord a person could have. If there is a problem with my apartment, I call their maintenance line and they schedule someone to take care of it. If I have a question about my rent I talk to one of their property managers and get the information that I need. I plan to stay for a long time.

Tenants and Owners alike, stay away from this company! I've never in my life dealt with a more incompetent organization. I own a single family home in upstate NY. A tenant occupied the home in August, and there were no issues until January and February's rents were not paid. Real Capital Group claimed they were working with the tenant and that the tenant would be moving out. After traveling to the property to inspect the home, I met the tenant face to face. She has not occupied the home since December due to a burglary. The tenant addressed security concerns to Real Capital Group, and requested an alarm system be installed at her expense, and they told her no without even consulting me. The tenant then moved out, because she did not feel safe, and so the house has sat vacant for two months, going on three. This is a poorly run company, their customer service is atrocious, their billing practices are unethical, and really they are just out to steal your money, tenant and owner alike.

I first thought that this was good company to deal with but I soon found out that are no dofferent than any other place that I have lived in especially when it comes to doing repairs on their buildings I have lived in one of their buildings for a year now & I have sent them several letters letting them know of several things that needed to be repaired in the aprtment & yet they went unnoticed & no one bothered to make any repairs except for one which was to repair a broken wter water pipe that burst that was their fault that it burst as wehn they put the pipes in they used the wrong size pipe the downstiars ceiling has mold & mildew in it they have yet to fix the ceiling in the downstairs apartment we have all kinds of smells coming form that ceiling we also have cockroaches in the apartment which we're not able to get rid we have a stove that 30 years old & when ever you use the oven if the ovens been on for more than 10 minutes or so you go to sue the top of the stove you have to light it with a lighter or something as it will not work now to get the subject of heat in the apartment you have to turn the thermostat up to 70 or above in order to get any heat in the apartment ;that builing is need of alot of repairs & they are trying to sell the building noone in their in right mind would buy it as it needs alot of reapirs both inside & out noone has made any attemp to do any reapirs on it since we've lived there I will spread the word to make noone else rents that apartment or the other one they have for rent in the City of Amsterdam
