First off, I sat and waited past my appointment time while she admittedly added her family into her book for the next year. I was having a color and cut done and once I was home and changing noticed that the stylist had let color run all over the collar of my shirt. When I called to tell her she low balled an offer of 20 dollars for a shirt that retails for 44.50, and gave me thirty. Then, she actually stated "I can't control it." It is your job as a stylist to make sure you are careful enough not to ruin the clothing of your clients. If you're looking for poor customer service and to have your clothes ruined, by all means visit this salon.
