After my 6th visit to big car dealers, I was so disgusted with car salesman. Than I luckily called to inquire about a vehicle at Tower and got Rich Plummer. I think this is what customer service is supposed to feel like! My heartburn started to go away. The other dealers kept trying to sell me vehicles I did not want, at higher payments than I wanted, and were so pushy. And the bait and switch tactics are non-exsitent at Tower. Awesome customer service before and after the sale. Rich really went out of his way to make things easy for me, and I am a busy mom who lives more than hour away from this dealership, so it really meant alot. Having the free Car-fax was nice also. it helped me really research the vehicle I was purchasing to ensure everything was in order. I love my van and very happy. I would reccomend this place to anyone. I am actually already looking at getting another car here for my daily commute

I had been to many dealerships over the last 4 months in search for a car for my mother. She test drove many vehicles to find the one that best suited her needs and I was pleasantly surprised that she found her car a Tower. I had not seen my mother that excited about a car until she test drove the car she purchased at Tower. Richard Plummer said to her, "I believe the person dosen't find the car, the car finds the person". Well I think Richard was right, it was great to have that kind of encouragement in making an important financial decision. My mother was very impressed by her experience when she picked up her car, she said Richard was very patient with her and explained the many new features this car had to offer. He also invited her back if she had any additional questions or concerns. Thank you for making this a purchase an enjoyable experience for us.

I was looking for a car for my daughter when we came into Tower auto sales. We were greeted a couple minutes after getting out of the car (glad it wasn't immediately) . Scott came out and introduced himself and welcomed us to the dealership. After making us instantly comfortable, and asking what type of vehicle we were looking for, and price we wanted to be around, he showed us a couple cars. My daughter loved the Jeep Liberty he showed us. After about 45 minutes of chatting and laughing, we were on our way home planning to pick up my daughters Jeep the next day. Scott was easily the most laidback salesman I have ever met. Very professional and very easy to deal with. Also very funny. I would recommend Tower (and Scott) to anybody who doesn't want to be pushed around or put into a vehicle they don't love. Thank you Tower for everything. We will be back again.

Me and my husband searched many large and small dealerships up and down State St. Either they didnt have a car that caught my eye or the dealers were rude! We were on our way home and ran across Tower Auto Sales and decided to give it a shot. As soon as we pulled up a salesman named Rich came out, identified himself, and was ready to help. I almost immediatly came across the car I wanted. Rich brought the key out and we were on our test drive. Having not so great credit, I was worried that I would not be able to get the car. Rich worked for four days to get us into that car and thats exactly what he did! He never gave up, he was extremely patient. He worked with our down payment and request for our max monthly payment. After five days I was driving away in my new Cadillac CTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Which I love to death. Tower has great cars and the prices are extremely resonable. Pat was a joy to work with while signing all of the documents and Joe was always there and ready to help. This dealership has some of the most friendly down to earth people I have ever dealt with, but Rich went above and beyond for us before and after the sale. He was available to us day or night, working and on vacation (Sorry Rich!) We will be looking to make another purchase with a trade in, within 2 years and Tower is the only place we will be going. I would say if your looking for a nice car with low miles and you want a dealership you can trust, go here. We will never shop elsewhere!

This is the second vehicle that our family has purchased at Tower Auto Sales. Richard Plummer made the entire process seemless. I have excellent credit and challenged Richard to beat my credit union rate for a vehicle loan. Richard exceeded all of our expectations from selection to financing. As of this review our family is in the market for a vehicle for our daughter. I expect to make the purchase at Tower. The ease of shopping on-line or at the dealer have made this car buying process more enjoyable. I highly recommend giving Tower Auto Sales the opportunity to exceed your expectations.

I have to admit I was dreading going car shopping for fear of pushy salespeople, negotiating etc but my experience at Tower Auto Sales changed that. I was looking for a specific car that led me to their dealership. Prior to the test drive I read the positive reviews and looked forward to meeting Richard Plummer in sales. When I decided on the car, he gave me the best price, a very fair trade in value, and with the help of Joe in Finance, I got a surprisingly great loan rate with my otherwise not-so-perfect credit. He has personal connections with great lenders so you don?t have to do this on your own. I recommend them for to anyone looking for a used car, they have tons of great makes/models and the excellent customer service and support made car shopping a pleasure.

I just purchased my 2010 Volkswagen Jetta from this place! A great expierience from beginning to end, which says a lot considering my last used car purchased with another local dealer.(FYI that other dealership isn't as HUGE as it says it is)I worked with Scott, he helped me from beginning to end and has completely changed my opinion on car salesmen. He listened to what I wanted and got me just that! I felt very comfortable throughout the whole buying process. Everyone there was friendly and I recommend this dealer to anyone I know that is looking for a car

Joan chin great salesperson and she wasn't pushy at all and we have several cars and trucks here and purchased from here. I highly recommend this place. My sons girlfriend bought from here also and we wont go anyplace else. We really like Joan
