the office also have no one in there during their office hour, 90% of chance when you call them, no one will answer. when you have something need them to fix, it will take days, weeks for them to coming to do the job. about the laundry room, 95% of chance that your clothes were still wet after you use they dryer machine. and don't expect they will return your security deposit, they won't return a penny, and they will not going to tell you, you have to call them over and over (no one answer the phone), maybe after few months, they will tell you your deposit have nothing left.
