I just visited this location today and I have to say this location has to be the worst location I have ever been too. First, not enough machines or free weights. Second, as I was trying to work out the Trainers there pretty much take your machine as your using it with out even asking how many reps you have left. Third I asked the trainer I believe his name was Jeff, for advise and I come to find out he wasn't even performing exercise correctly. seemed to be more interested in the young little girls that were walking in instead of assisting me correctly. However I did have time to make a stop at the Dyer Location which I must say was what exactly what a gym is supposed to be run like. Plenty of Machines the staff was courteous and professional and the atmosphere was completely perfect. If your looking to spend $35 a month on a gym I advise go the extra 5 miles and go to Dyer location.
