Absolutely appalling customer service. I purchased an "ultimate wash" to remove the snow/ice from my car. I exit the wash to find my car still covered in ice. After wiping off most of the snow I approached the gentleman who assisted me at checkout. I expressed my dissatisfaction before he responded with a chuckle. He told me "the owner says no rewashes due to ice". I told him this is the reason I got a wash, I don't see a sign stating this, why didn't you tell me before swiping my credit card. He chuckled AGAIN, "you had three inches of ice on there, why would I ever tell you". The gentleman had no regard for his deceitful business.

I called their primary office and their service was just as horrid. This is bad business.

They scratched my new car on10-24 -2014 when I went in the car wash. I got ready to dry my dry my car off notice my car had a big scratch. They not owning up to it. Weill be in court.thats not a good Business.the car wash in Highland In.
