My parents had a well put in nearly 20 years ago from John Farmer & Sons and have had no problems whatsoever. When my husband and I bought our first house, we looked into getting a well and I called a different company that was closest to our home. The other company provided a very competitive estimate but, just before I agreed to their service, I called Mr. Farmer for a quote and a second opinion. He was very professional and knowlegable and he explained that what I had been quoted from the other company was not sufficient for our needs. Now frantic, I called 2 other well & pump companies and they confirmed that Mr. Farmer was correct. He took the time to find out exactly what our needs were and answered all of my questions rather than providing an off the shelf estimate that I first recieved from the other company. Thank you for keeping us from making a costly mistake elsewhere.
