I have been with Dan and Kristi for at least 10 years. The salon is neat and clean and the owners and staff are polite and helpful. It’s always been a positive experience.

I recommend them to anyone!

Kristi and Dan are just the best. Kristy has been doing my nails for the last 4 years and all I can say is I am always pleased.
I have been to several other salons when I’ve been out of town and have learned it is better to just wait till I’m back.

Extremely poor service! Don’t waiste your time coming to this place! The nail techs girls are amazing. But Daniel and Krystal are extremely frightening. They have the girls trained to ask you what kind of pedicure you would like and the price before they do any type of work and today I took my five year old to have a pedicure done and was charged $30 for a polish on her toes and oil on her legs. Keep in mind we sat soaking our toes in cold water for 25 mins at least to be attended. Krystal tried to cut her nails and my daughter pulled back her toes and she yanked her foot and tried to forcefully cut her nails till I told her to please not to after my daughter noticed her frustration. She didn’t file her toe nails nor did she cut her cuticles. As I was walking out I noticed my toe nail was messed up and I told Krystal and she gave me the scariest look and yelled at the girl who gave me a pedi to fix it and yelled at me to go have a set on the “couch or something” very rude. Then I get hit with a $65 price for a pedi and a polish for my daughter. Daniel seen I was sitting there in distraught and didn’t say anything. I decided to call back and spoke to him and he was yelling and saying I should’ve said something when I was there and I told him I wasn’t going to say anything and have them yell or disrespect me in front my or 5 year old as they do to their employees. After hearing him yell at me and telling me that the price was fair for a 5 year old to have her toes polished and sit on the chair I refuse to go in there again. Not to mention their worker who greeted me today said they cannot believe they were charging me what they were. This place is a scam. Very rude far from friendly. Diamond Nails is the best place to go.

The salon owners of Krystal Nails are appallingly rude. Not only were the man and the woman, ( the owners) , abusive to me , but I also observed anger issues towards other clientele and their staff. This salon should be avoided at all costs. Save yourself an unpleasant trip and save your money.

I'm very happy with Daniel. I cant always make it in, but he ALWAYS remembers me and I get fantastic service.

I love Krystal Nails. I have been going there for over 5 years. They do beautiful work. I highly recommend them.
